The Closetorium began in Asheville as a fashion library: a community wardrobe where members browse, withdraw, and swap instead of buying something new every time.

Now we’re inviting people who see that possibility in their own town. People who can bring neighbors together, keep good clothing in circulation, and turn a shared idea into a well-run local resource.

What does “affiliate” mean here?

We are inviting people and organizations interested in operating a local fashion library with the Closetorium’s support. Applications start a conversation about fit. Participation, brand use, responsibilities, and any fees will be explained before anyone commits.

Do I need a storefront or an existing nonprofit?

You can apply while exploring a space, a host partner, or an organizational structure. Tell us what you have and what you still need. Those details help us understand the right next steps together.

What systems would a participating location receive?

The intended package includes Closetorium IMS access, launch and marketing funnels, clothing donation workflows, volunteer frameworks, and tracking tools. Specific deliverables, support, and rollout timing will be confirmed during the application process. Cross-location inventory connectivity is a planned part of the network.

What does it cost, and is income guaranteed?

Program pricing and participation terms will be discussed directly before any commitment. There is no payment at application. Each location’s results will depend on its costs, leadership, demand, resources, and execution; applying does not guarantee acceptance or income.

What happens after I apply?

The team reviews your location, vision, resources, and readiness. We may ask follow-up questions and, if there is a fit, coordinate a conversation. Sharing your availability does not automatically book a meeting.

No payment details are collected, and submitting does not enroll you in a marketing list. Please don’t include sensitive personal or financial information in your answers.
